Our client's internal creative agency is setting design and brand direction for their global programs, services and online retail websites. Their mission is to be the most customer-centric collective of creative thinkers, dreamers and doers. This manifests itself through visual design, branding, photography, video, and user experience design. The are responsible for branding and the creative development of style guides for a wide range of services, features, and categories (Books, Electronics, Home, Kitchen, Private Label Products, and many more) for the retail programs in North America. They apply strategic insight to delight customers - driving discovery, engagement, and trust. They're growing quickly and hiring the best.

Works well under pressure and can thrive in a deadline driven atmosphere. You must have a strong individual sense of aesthetics and be able to bring stylish, elevated ideas to the retail brand space. In addition, you should have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, digital expertise, intrinsic design abilities, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. Not only do you have the technical skills and a killer portfolio to back it up, you function as conceptual thinker that can contribute to larger multi-channel campaigns. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.


• Designing strongly branded promotional graphics • Crafting moodboards, concepts, and shopping experiences for retail categories • Building templates and documentation around style guides and campaign work • Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines • Acting as design liaison between design and retail category business team • Work with other Art Directors to develop campaign concepts for new products and services.


• 4-year minimum experience in a web production environment • BA/BS in Design or equivalent • Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills • Great compositional and typographical skills • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.


• Experience working with a design style guide or branding guidelines • Experience in photo art direction and photo shoots • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions • Illustration experience • Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and UI Design.
