We are an advertising / digital marketing agency in LA and we're in search of an amazing Hands-On Sr. Art Director.

You will work with the creative and executive team on the strategy and concept for a large scale fully integrated campaign. You must have agency and big brand experience and be able to bring out-of-the box ideas and concepts to life.

- MUST have experience working on big, well known campaigns (social, digital, takeovers, OOH, print etc.)
- Experience working on pitch campaigns
- Hands-on design experience
- Agency experience
- HIGHLY CONCEPTUAL and strategy focused.

We need someone who is able to:
-Own a project from start to finish, with little or no direction.
-Thrive under pressure and with short deadlines. Must know how to self-manage projects and prioritize work.
-Think strategically. For any problem, you can find a solution.
-Offer your unique perspective and creative direction to the team when needed.
-Be proactive and follow-up with deadlines.
-Be able to work in an agency-like environment.
-Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers.
-Be a digital native--understand and live in the world of social media, UI/UX, digital ads, video, etc.
-Always keep best web practices in mind when strategizing and developing. Design with the anticipation of using artwork across all platforms.
-Have flawless typography skills and layout skills.
-Learn to design for each company’s brand and identity.
-Collaborate with the Marketing Managers and work closely with the Creative Director.
-Present projects internally and to clients alongside the creative team.
-DR experience A+

Adobe proficiency: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Fluent in Photoshop etiquette :)
After Effects & HTML 5 - bonus.
