We’re looking for a motivated creative with a fire in their belly for f*%k-I-wish-I’d-thought-of-that ideas and the talent to match. You haven’t quite reached your absolute peak yet, but looking for an environment and people to work with that will accelerate the process and keep you inspired in the meantime. You’re ready to take a step out of the mundane, doing it the same way every day, agency process you’re currently working in.
This agency, based in the Inner West of Sydney, is an independent media & creative agency committed to the creation of inspirational ideas that help grow both their clients’ business and their own.
As an agency they offer the full range of services and then some. They've spent the last two years getting their offering and team just right. As a result they have attracted the attention of multi-national, blue chip clients across a broad cross section of categories and have begun 2014 with a raft of pitches, awards and new clients.
But there is still one very important chair empty. They're looking for someone who is up for the challenge of partnering with their amazing Creative Director, fresh from NYC.
Their offering extends from marketing and brand planning, through to advertising and media planning and buying, data management and CRM – the whole gamut. They don’t see the fuss about ‘integration’, and there’s no “line”. Besides, the line just got a whole lot less relevant thanks to technology, and they love their tech.
On a more herbal level, they believe in business karma. They treat every business contact, whatever their title or office, with respect and hope for as much in return. All their new business to date has arrived from industry and client referral, hopefully testament to their ethic and their work of course. They work with like-minded clients and would never tolerate disrespect or abuse from anyone no matter how big their account. Their ambition is to create a hot bed of creativity without having to get burnt.
