The Web Analytics Implementation Specialist/Consultant is responsible for supporting all Adobe/Omniture related analysis, tagging and testing tasks across all desktop and mobile app platforms. We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about web data, has a strong background in web analytics implementation and reporting, data quality and tagging. This individual must possess a thorough understanding of the use of technology and standards for digital analytics implementations, with a focus on maintaining a high level of data quality. This person will work with the different product team to take requirements from concept to tag creation. This person will also work closely with the business analyst supporting Adobe/Omniture when needed and also collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to ensure tags are implemented correctly.

Responsibilities
Design and document customized analytics tracking specifications for digital content and partner with development teams from Development to UAT and implementation
Creation of Adobe/Omniture tags
Diagnose and troubleshoot web analytics platform configuration issues. Understand all aspects of Adobe Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst) implementation (tags, sCode, plug-ins, server call types, cookies, Adobe Analytics variables, Link Tracking, JavaScript, HTML & packet sniffing)
Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with tags
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the digital analytics system by continually monitoring tags and resulting data
Work with Adobe to resolve any tracking discrepancies that may require combined effort to correct
User acceptance test of new & modified tags created
Ensure naming standard adhered to
Stay abreast with changes in Adobe/Omniture technology and how they affect the Adobe/Omniture tags
Communicate changes in Adobe/Omniture or the site to Analytics and IT/Engineering
Work with analysts to be sure they can use the data captured to accomplish their original goals, and that they understand how to get to the data they want to use
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong experience with end to end Adobe Analytics implementation.
Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Video Analytics, and Adobe Audience Manager
Familiarity with HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and basic computer programming
Familiarity with report generation using Adobe’s Analytics or similar tools.
Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Fiddler 2, Charles Proxy, HTTPFoxm or Firebug
Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes
Experience with key features, including eVars, success events, VISTA rules, SAINT classifications, raw Data Feeds, pathing/fallout, e-commerce, and marketing channels
Should have worked on web development projects earlier and understand dependencies, project management, CMS, etc
Intermediate Excel skills
Quantitative mindset, with a desire to work in a data-intensive
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work fast paced environment
