Our ideal candidate is has experience in a wide variety of games and tools with a strong background in creating compelling characters character animations while adhering to technical constraint

* Define rigs required for the game
* Rig, weight and animate character models
* Work with Developers and technical art staff to define and refine the animation and character pipeline
* Give constructive critical feedback within development team and out external partners
* 4 years experience in character modeling and animation in either 3DS Max and/or Autodesk Maya
* Strong sense of action and anatomy
* Proficiency with Photoshop, Flash CS4/CS6, and other relevant tools
* Proficiency creating character rigs and as well as with character rigging and weighting
* Ability to work to technical constraints while optimizing for quality
* Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and follow guidelines, processes and schedules
* Strong communicator who loves the iterative technical and creative process
* Ability to receive constructive feedback from management, peers and other creative sources

* Proficiency with building high quality low poly characters
* Avid user of games on social networks on mobile devices
* Proficient with 3DS MAX.
*Animator will be responsible for working with an outsource team. This team is a well established pipeline of talent and know exactly what we do and how we do it. Communication is key with this group and candidate must be able to communicate effectively in writing.
*Get to work on some cool projects in 3D dealing with marvel avengers alliance and doing a lot of animating toward hero combat.
