We are looking for an Analytics Manager for a 6 month assignment starting ASAP!.
The Analytics Manager is responsible for the execution and daily management of all campaigns, vendors and internal client operations. The incumbent is also responsible for estimating, scheduling, project plan development, statistical modelling, analysis, profiling and reporting, quality assurance, cost control and channel integration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand relevant goals, targets, and KPIs. Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to support enhancements to site usability, content, marketing, and the overall customer experience.
Audit existing and implement new tagging requirements for business tracking and reporting
Define and manage research and analysis programs to create data-driven insights about consumer behavior, traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation and product selection.
Generate reports and dashboards to support business objectives. Train and support business users to empower them to make data-driven decisions.
Create pre- and post- analyses to support, projects, A/B testing, marketing programs. Demonstrate impact on key KPIs and provide follow-up recommendations.
Share global insights with regional business analytics and user experience teams.
Analyze third party data and industry research to establish and report on benchmarks and identify relevant emerging trends.
Coordinate A/B and MVT-testing activities and identify gaps in data capture and campaign optimization.
Liaise with counterparts at adidas brand and eCom for shared knowledge and consistency
Work with other teams on cross-team analytics requirements, such as CRM team and Microstrategy
Full experience and technical knowledge of implementing Coremetrics and ideally Adobe Analytics.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously on a global level
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights
Excellent problem solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external clients and vendors, both orally and in writing
The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level
Strong MS office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
Action-oriented with the ability to multi-task and discern priorities
Understands and can calculate retail math and ecommerce key performance indicators
A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
