Analytics Lead

Our client is looking for an Analytics Lead to join their team for a 6-month assignment to start; tools required include Cognos, Tableau, and other related programs. This is a creative and strategic role, which requires the ability to operate at the 30,000ft level and dive into the grittiest of details, to ensure the company is heading the right direction and delivering a holistic solution. It requires an incredible system-level thinker who can see how many diverse parts can fit together to create consumer impact and change the course of the company. You will need to be comfortable presenting at the executive level, working through user experience, digging into technical details with engineering, and being a champion for our end users. 

Your primary responsibilities will be to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of MPO projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with validating or challenging the driving assumptions and outcomes stated within each program. You will maximize communication and clarity through documentation of analysis models, standard operating procedures and clear project plans while focusing conversations on performance goals, business rules and system constraints or opportunities in the project. 

  • Lead discussions and interviews to define business needs and elicit project requirements 
  • Collaborate with partners to translate goals and objectives into projects and time lines with associated deliverables 
  • Perform analysis to prove and/or challenge program outcomes as well as identify correcting measures 
  • Document all requirements through consistent and sustainable practices 
  • Partner with Marketplace Operations community to validate analysis assumptions 
  • Ensure accurate requirements are captured through detailed analysis and validation 
  • Maintain a high-level of interaction with all partners 
  • Present technical data effectively in both oral and written formats to a wide variety of users 
  • Proactively manage multiple projects through business prioritization and active communication with key stakeholders competencies
