Analyst - Marketing Analytics & Research

Vitamin T's client, a nimble software company focused on building incredible e-learning software, is looking for an Analyst, contract or temp-to-perm. As Analyst of Marketing Analytics, you’re responsible for organizing, maintaining, extracting and analyzing marketing data from databases and other sources with the end goal of presenting business performances, identifying issues and projecting opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing teams to develop forecasts, present current performance, develop testing matrices for campaigns, research opportunities and concerns
- Work with VP of Marketing to create a central data warehouse, monitor databases and ensure data quality
- Establish and manage a reporting framework and dashboards to educate business-partners on performance relevant to their areas of work
- Perform statistical analysis using techniques such as regression analysis, multivariate analysis, choice-based conjoint, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and data mining
- May develop complex, high-visibility direct marketing campaigns through partnership with other departments, utilizing marketing tools and applications; develop data segmentation strategies that drive marketing campaigns, and ensures test and learn techniques are properly executed, including test cell structure and sample size calculations
- Organize and present findings regarding market trends, competitive intelligence, customer preferences, and market penetration strategies; makes recommendations to address issues

Qualifications:
- 5 years related experience
- Advanced business degree preferred
- Experience with primary, secondary, and database analysis research methodologies
- Experience with marketing and sales platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adwords, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of SQL desirable
