Agency Technical Liaison

 

As Agency Technical Liaison (ATL), you will be working with marketing agencies to help launch interactive experiences. This role will combine engineering, project management, creative problem solving and deep communication skills, where you will be the primary point of contact for agency technical teams and technical point of contact for the product marketing managers.

 

Your job will be to assess and triage incoming requests from marketers, help agencies understand our technical and security requirements, help both agencies and marketers navigate our security, privacy and code review processes, and ensure that our interactive experiences launch safely, securely and snag-free.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years experience working with HTTP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Strong knowledge of usability, accessibility and cross-browser issues.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Project Management and/or technology experience at a digital agency.

  • Understanding of web security concepts and ability to communicate requirements to others.

  • Knowledge of coding and design best practices.

  • Experience with Python, Django and AppEngine

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the voice of of the business technical code, upholding and maintaining our standards, and driving more efficient outsourced builds.

  • Act as a sounding board for Agencies as they concept and design interactive solutions for marketers, providing feedback on technical solutions and feasibility.

  • Hold regular reviews and office hours with Agency counterparts to ensure solutions are being built appropriately.

  • Partner with Agency Relations to maintain an Agency Technologist onboarding packet, and deliver training/Q&A over time.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues where necessary and appropriate.
