Agency Producer

One of our awesome clients, a top Design Firm in Portland, is looking for an Agency Producer to add to their fast-paced, multidisciplinary studio. If you are a Producer with minimum 3-5 years agency experience who is resourceful, reliable and have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, we want to talk to you!

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
  • Consistently managing client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and soliciting and acting on client feedback.
  • Creating a collaborative environment and managing the personalities of clients, design team members and other disciplines involved in project work.
  • Managing studio workflow.
  • Working with vendors.


  • Project Management
    The Producer will work closely with the operations team to ensure project teams are poised to meet the objectives and goals of each project on-time and on-budget, as well as champion quality and integrity of the creative.

    Account Management:
    As the key point of contact for both the client and the project team, the Producer will play a pivotal role in the success of client engagement. The Producer will act as liaison between the client and project team, while also advocating for the best interest of both. Involved in new business development.
    Areas of responsibility include:
  • Drafting clear project and/or creative briefs that keep the project team focused on the goals of the project.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
  • Actively monitoring project risks and “scope creep” to foresee/identify potential problems. Once problems are identified, proactively devising solutions and addressing them in advance.
  • Assisting in the development of proposals, Scopes of Work, and Schedules, and collaborating on the strategic development of new business.
  • Managing the financial performance of projects.


  • Skills:
  • Ability to think and react well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Comfortable in client-facing situations, especially involving money
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Mac proficient
  • Plays well with others and smiles in difficult situations
  • Bonus: Experience with Asana
  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience with Agile Methodology or SCRUM
