Affiliate Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for supporting the online Affiliate Channel Marketing, driving sales through the Internet Channel contribution to overall company KPI and earnings. Consultant will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of affiliate placements, monitoring offers, feeds, tracking and additional projects. Position will have a key focus of driving communication between the brand and publisher to ensure accurate placements.

•Monitor affiliate promotions throughout the networks to ensure placements and offer accuracy
•Create and maintain reporting demonstrating competitive information, identifying opportunities and concerns facing client’s growth/success within the affiliate marketing channel
•Develop strong relationships and implement end to end promotions, sales campaigns, incentives and offers with publishers in the affiliate program
•Support and/or perform a project management role. This role includes responsibility for the launch of new projects and maintenance activity on .com
•Work with external partners to insure externally provided assets are delivered on schedule in order to meet project launch date
•Must be a self-starter able to identify and bring forth business initiatives that create the opportunity to fuel sales from the affiliate marketing channel
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall group success.
•Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
•Assist with Internet Channel Promotions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure accurate affiliate promotion execution, from beginning to end including systems implementation, testing and troubleshooting
•Able to track and analyze key metrics relating to affiliate sales and provide sales forecasting to key stakeholders
•Propose new promotion strategies and concepts based on analysis of competitors and other retailer promotions

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Online Sales or equivalent
•Minimum of 3 years experience creating/managing successful digital campaigns in online retail sales environment

•Strong analytical, communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship skills
•Experience with pixel tracking and feed management
•A results-oriented work ethic that creates persistent drive
•Ability to work within deadlines and budgets
•Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
•Must be detail oriented to ensure flawless execution of promotions
