Affiliate Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced, goal-oriented, digital marketing professional to oversee the digital affiliate channel. Responsibilities include for the day-to-day management of the Affiliate platform and publisher relationship. The role includes identifying, on-boarding and managing publishers, creative and offer development, managing budget, reporting/analysis on program results and ad operations and tagging. This position is responsible for the program management, development and implementation of strategy for affiliate marketing and ad operations across paid digital

Duties and Responsibilities:

• On board and manage publishers for the launch of affiliate channel.

• Implement/create offers in affiliate platform and provide analysis and recommendations.

• Manage creative development process, including creative brief, routing for approvals and managing production of assets for use by publishers.

• Manage and monitor daily affiliate performance, and course-correcting as necessary.

• Provide regular reports on goal performance and seasonal forecasting plans.

• Serve as primary liaison between affiliate platform, publishers, communicating effectively with all parties, to strategically grow channel.

• Ensure all marketing materials are tagged properly for tracking and attribution.

• Help conceptualize, launch and promote new creative, custom offers, advertising ideas and campaigns, in conjunction with publishers.

• Support Digital Marketing team with Ad Operations support across paid digital campaigns, outside of affiliate.

• Stay up to date on new online opportunities, betas and potential publishers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2-5+ years in Digital Marketing, Affiliate, and direct response marketing.

• Comparable/related industry preferred.

Requirements and General Skills:

• Experience with Affiliate Marketing.

• Knowledge of digital ad operations, including ad server and attribution.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and constituencies.

• Ability to work under deadline.

• Ability to prioritize initiatives and make effective decisions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.

• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Experience with analytical reporting tools (preferably Omniture).

• Some experience with an ad serving platform preferred. (DFA, Atlas).
