Affiliate Marketing Manager

Principal Accountabilities/Deliverables
· Develop an Affiliate digital marketing strategy through collaboration with Affiliate Network account team and publishers to ensure offers are featured on publisher sites in effective way, publisher commission levels / customer cash-back rewards are competitive, and all top offers are consistently delivered to publishers to be hosted on their sites to ultimately result in traffic to their site and conversions across the Small Business audience
· Execute strategy across digital channels in a manner that is integrated with our GTM programs and broader marketing communication efforts
· Collaborate with Merchandising, Site team, and Cycle Planning team to develop competitive and relevant offers / price points in all lines of business that will hunt within extremely competitive Affiliate space to deliver traffic and conversion
o Report out performance of effective and ineffective offers to help understand and develop a clear strategy of which offer levers to pull to drive specific results during peak seasonality and/or times of specific goal needs (traffic at expense of margin or visa-versa)
o Maintain weekly offer roadmap with Merchandising to confirm offer strategy is strong enough to hit/exceed goals and/or flag risk to attaining goals
o Execute coupon creation for unique Affiliate offers
· Able to provide clear direction to Affiliate Network account team on timelines and campaign expectations as well as provide insight on campaign / offer performance to produce results
· Generate campaign / offer analytics to measure impact and to plan for vehicle and offer improvements
· Be accountable to vehicle performance (Visits, RUM, ROAS / MOAS), quality, deliverables and budget
· Deliver a digital marketing playbook that documents best practices and serve as a knowledge resource for everything Affiliate Marketing

Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with a track record of measurable results preferably in the consumer electronics or IT industry
· Strong digital marketing capabilities with deep experience (+4 years) in developing and executing Affiliate marketing plans
· Familiarity with Affiliate strategies, objectives and best practices
· Proven ability to use digital media to grow, engage and activate targeted audiences
· Experience in merchandising, brand, or media
· Strong analytical and budget management skills
· Appetite for driving innovation and change
· Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization
· Experience in managing agency resources
· Ability to manage through ambiguity to drive results
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Minimum Educational Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
