Advertising/CRM Specialist

Ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge in marketing strategy and execution with experience working on brands in the Healthcare industry. Skilled in making data-driven decisions and managing the implementation and reporting of marketing plans across multiple online and offline touch points.
Experience with traditional and digital marketing (TV, radio, print, digital). Works closely with Traffic Team, has Account Mgmt. and Traffic experience. Manages CRM programs. Manages all paid media, social media, e-mail, video development, production, etc. Strength is developing strategy/creative briefs.
With supervision from the Advertising/Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Manager, this position is responsible for the planning and development of system and entity advertising/CRM initiatives. Specific responsibilities:
1) planning and implementation of system and entity CRM initiatives and management of CRM vendors; 2) coordination of production of system and entity print, broadcast, collateral and electronic advertising; 3) preparation of reports that measure and quantify the effectiveness of system advertising and CRM campaigns 4) updating and maintaining the CRM database; 5) coordination of system award show entries.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and working history of implementing advertising/CRM campaigns. Ability to deal well with competing priorities in rapidly changing business and corporate environments. Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy while adhering to deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills dealing with all levels of employees and strong adherence to client's Behavior Standards. Excellent customer-service skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude. Knowledge and working history of planning and implementing advertising/CRM campaigns. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn new software products.
Minimum of three years in marketing communications within an advertising agency and/or large regional organizations encompassing multiple communications disciplines, including advertising/CRM.
