Advertising Traffic Coordinator

Are you a talented Advertising Traffic Manager/Scrum Master looking for your next exciting and challenging project? Throughout the year, we see several clients in need of Traffic Coordinator freelancers for long-term assignments. We'd love to be able to consider you! The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining job schedules, organizing and expediting circulation and approvals for jobs within the in-house agency. Work with agency team leaders in assigning resources and managing workload. These are 40 hour/week freelance roles, Monday – Friday and require work On-Site (Remote is not an option for these high caliber Fortune 500 clients.).

Sounds pretty incredible, we know! So what are the day-to-day activities you will be responsible for?

You will:
• Coordinate, organize and communicate with all departments within the agency
• Work with agency team leaders to establish resources and manage workload
• Create and maintain advertising job schedules to meet Line of Business lead times
• Manage workflow within the agency and take a proactive approach to expediting circulation
• Acquire proper approvals from all necessary functions
• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of agency jobs from beginning to end
• Act as a back-up to other Traffic Coordinators

What Required for this role:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years experience in an advertising agency environment
• Intermediate PPT, Word and Excel skills
• Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Fast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Sound judgment and interpersonal skills

Desired:
• Previous experience with FileMaker a plus
