Advertising Project Manager

Are you interested in leveraging your creative producing, project management, internet advertising and relationship management skills to help our client develop, scale and deliver their cross-platform advertising programs? Are you comfortable evaluating design requests with an eye towards effective team utilization in a deadline-driven environment? Do you want to work with a cross-section of creative, marketing and product teams to bring engaging advertising experiences to life across our client's advertising platforms, including desktop, mobile and tablet?

As a Creative Producer you will work directly from within the advertising design team to plan and execute a variety of ad programs for several lines of business using a variety of media in a variety of placements. Join this team and develop compelling customer experiences, influence workflow solutions, enhance existing processes, educate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction among our customers and partners. You will interface daily with designers, ad services, sales and product management teams.

Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 years in production, program or project management as a creative producer or project manager, with online advertising industry experience in an agency, client or corporate environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to think clearly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; isolate, analyze and report on a variety of data, and solve complex problems for multiple stakeholders in a fluid environment
- Expert understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to scope creative engagements, identify and resolve issues, manage program risk and allocate scarce resources effectively
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
- Comfort with typical Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Visio
- Knowledge of and facility with asset management systems, including the ability to review and assess asset quality and relevance
