Advertising Production Specialist

This person will support all advertising for the company in terms of the production of TV commercials, print ads, launch materials, and more.

Candidate will have direct contact and management with Advertising Agency and interact with internal and external peers working on the advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:
Project management -print, tv, and marketing materials
Listen to pitches from the agency and provide feedback
Participate in TV shoots-some travel required. (production experience is a huge plus)

Requirements:
A minimum of 4-6 years experience in an Account Executive or Advertising Project Manager role.
Advertising Agency experience is preferred, or at least working with external full service agencies.
Must be organized, efficient, and assertive in providing creative direction.

This person must be available immediately, and the contract will go for about 6 months. Assignment to start towards the end of May, however, interviews will be held at the beginning of the month.
Candidate will also work with the digital and social media teams in-house.
