The mission of the Customer Immersion team is to connect the people who build our products closer to the customers who will use them.

The Operations Coordinator will partner with the program manager for our internal program, which focuses on ensuring everyone involved in building advertising products is actively using them themselves. This role requires supporting employees across Facebook, by maintaining help content for those getting started, troubleshooting issues and tracking participation in the program. Responsibilities Knowledgeable in Facebook's solutions for businesses of all sizes in order to support the employees using ads products.

-Provide 1:1 support and troubleshoot for employees getting started with using the ads products
-Work closely with the legal team to answer employee questions regarding our Ads Credit policy
-Provide oversight in key employee groups forums to ensure all questions are answered in a timely manner
-Provide timely access to Ads resources when requested by employees Maintain key pillars of self service content & internal FAQs across the company
-Track progress towards our different goals

Skills:
Minimum skills 2+ years of professional experience in operations
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within a professional environment
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a team Communication skills Resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized

Preferred Skills
Usage and understanding of advertising products
