Advertising Manager

• Significant experience with broadcast advertising, production and trafficking is required.
• Execute creative deliverables (television, radio, digital, etc.) and manage production process (timelines, specs, etc) to fulfill media campaign placements.
• Work alongside advertising team, creative team and creative agencies to manage ad campaigns.
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to:
- Ensure priority alignment and cohesive strategies in campaigns
- Source and verify correct product is shipped to location shoots.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal advertising clients
• Oversee advertising coordinator
• Manage day to day relationships with creative agencies and internal stakeholders
• Share responsibility with other ad managers and coordinator oversight of marketing and production budgets
• Collaborate with CMO’s, VP’s, and Directors to develop marketing strategy/creative briefs that establish positioning and strategic direction for priority programming
- Fast paced environment requiring expert skills to balance multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Multilingual experience extremely desirable (Spanish language)

Required:
• 7 years of experience working in advertising, entertainment, cable and/or media entertainment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,Power Point)
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail while focusing on the big picture.


Fluency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
