Advertising Manager

In-house department located in Redlands is looking for an Advertising Manager. In this role, you will plan and execute advertising programs.

Responsibilities
• Work with product marketing, industry marketing, and corporate marketing managers to develop advertising strategies based on marketing objectives
• Design and maintain a unified corporate advertising program that spans all types of media opportunities
• Assign, supervise, and review the activities of advertising staff
• Work with creative and production teams in developing and producing advertisements
• Review and approve advertisements prior to release
• Gather information and compile statistics pertinent to planning and execution of advertising campaigns
• Monitor and analyze results to determine cost effectiveness of campaign
• Collect and research data
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Develop project plans, coordinate projects, and communicate changes and progress

Requirements
• Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership and practical experience in advertising and/or marketing
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to top quality personal performance and productivity

This is a 6-month assignment that has the potential to go full-time. You must work onsite in Redlands during business hours.
