Advertising Integration Coordinator

A Fortune 500 banking/financial client seeks an Integration Coordinator with 5+ years ad or marketing agency experience. The Integrator will work within the bank’s in-house ad agency. He or she will work as a liaison between internal and external agencies to understand the bank's advertising goals and act as a liaison to facilitate integrated creative programs.

*This is a 12-18 month contract role, on-site in Wilmington, DE, M-F, 8-5pm

Responsibilities include:
• Manage the Bank's campaigns on behalf of the internal ad agency.
• Facilitate communication between internal and outside agencies.
• Distribute information from the lead external agency to the internal Account and Creative staffs.
• Coordinate internal agency meeting involvement and act as a spokesperson.
• Expedite feedback from Lead Agency.
• Manage Channel Planning/Drive creative consistency across all communication channels.
• Act as internal liaison to Asset Team and Art Buying as well as manage outside agencies’ asset/image/native file requests.
• Coordinate ballpark estimates.
• Provide content for weekly reports.

Requirements
• 5 - 8 years experience in an advertising/marketing agency or financial services industry managing client relationships, agencies or integrated programs.
• Proficient in Acrobat, FileMaker, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments.
• High energy, thrives in dynamic environment.
• Quick learner; facility with understanding how to bring multiple connect points together.
