Customers will look to your expertise on product configuration and business processes, combining your deep understanding of Google Analytics with industry best practices.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in technical consulting and support
Google Analytics experience including working with reports and implementing code.
Experience working with Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, DOM structure and manipulation
Basic understanding of app development (Android and iOS)
Self-starter with an ability to drive projects to successful and timely conclusions while collaborating cross-functionally, multi-tasking and manage multiple clients at the same time.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrated ability as a coach and mentor and ability to develop strong client relationships.
Oversee multiple customer-centric consulting engagements including product implementations, custom report design, system integrations, and best practice consulting.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, Sales, Product Management and Engineering to ensure the timely delivery of client solutions and to enhance products.
Provide outstanding technical input to resolve customer queries and build successful long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from advertisers and sales teams
Lead strategic projects to improve Analytics client offering and internal operation.
Build deep product expertise of Google Analytics.
