We are looking for a talented Rich Media Support Engineer to jump on board our Tech Services team to help shape and support our global service and creative teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, self motivated, and liaise with multi-talented teams to help us push the boundaries of online advertising and deliver premium experience across mobile and desktop environments via our Creative platform. What You’ll Do You will engage with the creative design team, global support team, and platform engineering team to provide innovative solutions to our internal and external clients. By utilizing industry best practices and trends you will produce and support award winning creatives, work on innovative projects, and contribute to the culture leveraging the latest web technologies. Your creativity, collaborative skills, and innovative thinking will also be applied to assist users with creative builds, understand their problems, and educate them on best practices. As a Rich Media Support Engineer there will never be a monotonous day.
Each day may present new challenges and include, but not be limited to:
Build, test, and deploy premium, functional, dynamic, and responsive HTML5 experiences for both mobile and desktop environments. Ability to work in multiple OS, browser, device, and platform environments Diagnose and solve creative production issues that arise during creative assembly and ensure satisfaction of campaign requirements. Contribute to our knowledge sharing practices by growing internal Knowledge Base, technical documentation and Self Help articles for users. Have direct contact with the product team to discuss future product features, enhancements and functionalities.
