Advertising Coordinator

Seeking an Advertising Operations Coordinator!

- Assist with the day to day budget management within the department. Serve as Advertising Resources liaison with Finance, Accounts Payable and Brand Budget Coordinators.
- Responsible for electronic filing of all financial documents; media schedules, authorizations, etc.
- Department lead on Internal Contracting system for routing all statements of work, amendments and confidentiality agreements for all media, fee and talent proposals for USP and non-USP.
- Extensive SAP/SRM and Ariba responsibilities:

 Create and modify service orders for all agency fees, media buys, talent residuals, media management and production consulting fees.
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of all media, fee and talent invoices prior to being processed for payment.
- Maintain audio library of all commercials (radio and TV).
- Maintain print library of all publications we work with.
- Administrator for Ad Coding system.
- Department liaison for Ad Distribution Agency.
- Co-manage the annual media fair logistics.
- Facilitate, revise and redistribute the Media Policy and Procedure Guidelines as necessary.
- Understand and disseminate policies and SOPS across the organization as needed.
- Exhibit operations/routing documents or graphics as needed

Qualifications
 Strong leadership skills
 Possesses strong organizational skills
 Can multi-task and adapt quickly to competing priorities while remaining focused

Demonstrates strong project management skills
 Adaptable to new situations, quick learner
 Strong attention to detail
 Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Strong knowledge of Ariba, SRM, SAP and willing to be trained on other systems
 4 year college degree preferred
 2 + years experience in a corporate advertising setting preferred
