Our client is seeking an Ad Operations team member to support its growing advertising platform business. The Ad Operations team member is responsible for all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment: ad testing and implementation, technical troubleshooting and campaign setup to ensure client success. This hire will be responsible for ingesting initial requests from internal Sales & Account teams, and translating those requests into technical implementation rules that meet client requirements as well as system & company requirements.

The desire to work in a creative, changing and data driven environment with a high performance team in a fast-moving sector is essential. An individual with exceptional ability to synthesize multi-layered data, be diligent and accurate with great Excel and reporting skill will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities
•Trafficking mobile advertising campaigns using internal tools, ad server and other available systems.
•Ensuring all orders are processed according to the specifications determined by the Product Development and Sales Teams.
•Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with third party vendors.
•Initial campaign setup to ensure it meets all campaign/client requirements.
•Provide professional client service to sales team and clients.
•Act as the technical expert as it pertains to creative setup, tracking & usability, as well as ensure assets meet internal specifications (from a design & security perspective)

Basic Qualifications
•1+ years of ad operations or campaign management experience
•Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging mobile media
•Attention to detail; exact precision in data input
•Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high pressure environment
•Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
•Advanced Excel skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proven record working with cross-functional teams
•Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications
•Proven portfolio management is a plus
•Knowledge of mobile SDK’s and HTML5 is a plus
•Experience or knowledge of RTB ad serving is a plus
•Experience with the mobile ecosystem is a plus
