Our client is one of the country's largest banking and financial lending companies. It is recognized regularly as one of Wilmington's best companies to work for. You will be a part of the company's in-house full-service ad agency. The agency serves all internal departments needing marketing solutions from print ad, direct mail, video, etc. *The position requires staff to be on site M-F 8-5 in Wilmington, DE.*

This is an 18 month contract position for an advertising agency Traffic Coordinator.

PAY RATE: $23.00-$26.00

Work Hours: M-F, 8-5

Job Details:

Advertising's Traffic Coordinator (TC) reports to the Traffic Manager. The TC creates and maintains job schedules, and organizes and expedites circulation and approvals for jobs within the agency. The coordinator also works with agency team leaders in assigning resources and managing workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates, organizes and communicates with all departments within the agency
  • Works with agency team leaders to establish resources and manage workload
  • Creates and maintains advertising job schedules to meet Line of Business lead times
  • Manages workflow within the agency and takes a proactive approach to expediting circulation
  • Acquires proper approvals from all necessary functions
  • Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of agency jobs from beginning to end
  • Acts as a back-up to other Traffic Coordinators

  • 1 - 3 years experience in an agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Sound judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate PPT, Word and Excel skills
  • Previous experience with FileMaker a plus
