The Advertising Account Service Manager will lead the development of Advertising creative, working across Advertising teams and with Business Partners to ensure that the business strategy is executed flawlessly. Additional responsibilities of this role will include:
Manage and develop relationships with Business Partners. Build strong relationships with Business Partners and other partners across the organization to ensure that advertising programs meet launch and in-store deadlines. Build rapport and respect with stakeholders and Business Partners to impact and influence outcomes beneficial to the business. Anticipate requests and understand and fulfill information needs of Business and Advertising partners. Be able to negotiate compromises, have difficult conversations, and manage up/across/down within and across teams in a positive and collaborative spirit.
Manage and develop self/the team. Proactively participate in growing and developing the broader Account Service team. Identify opportunities for team development and operational improvement, and pro-actively develop ideas and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the department. Model Account Service excellence and best practices for the team and lead by example of CVS core values.
