This Advertising Account Service Specialist position leads the development of Advertising creative, working across Advertising teams and with Business Partners to ensure that the business strategy is executed flawlessly.
1. Manage and develop relationships with Business Partners. Build strong relationships with Business Partners and other partners across the organization to ensure that advertising programs meet launch and in-store deadlines. Build rapport and respect with stakeholders and Business Partners to impact and influence outcomes beneficial to the business. Anticipate requests and understand and fulfill information needs of Business and Advertising partners. Be able to negotiate compromises, have difficult conversations, and manage up/across/down within and across teams in a positive and collaborative spirit. 2. Seamless delivery of advertising work. Lead the collaborative development of retail advertising projects across Advertising functions and with other internal and external resources to deliver work that is on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy. Apply ‘lessons learned’ and continuously improve the way that work is developed and delivered – champion Innovation in the execution of advertising. 3. Manage and develop the team. Proactively participate in growing and developing the broader Account Service team. Identify opportunities for team development and operational improvement, and pro-actively develop ideas and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the department.
