DESCRIPTION:
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We advise clients on our broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Account Manager, you'll manage relationships with clients, which means you need to be a proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and business-focused to help expand the client relationship. Additionally, you're an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and optimize search, video and display campaigns across YouTube and other properties with impeccable attention to detail so that campaign goals are achieved and exceeded every time.
Partner with cross-functional teammates to integrate YouTube and display into larger business narratives.
Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their business growth.
Engage frequently with advertisers and their agencies to understand objectives, offer recommendations, respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and share thought leadership around digital video.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
Experience across Pay Per Click (PPC) with AdWords.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience in media account management.
Understanding of programmatic media buying and the value of this new approach.
Familiarity with AdWords, DoubleClick Bid Manager and/or Google Display Network advertising technology.
Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management, with a passion for search and/or video.
Desire to learn deeply across multiple products, with a focus on search, ad-serving, rich media, analytics, tag management, and programmatic display.
