Ads Solutions Consultant (SEM / Paid Search/ Ad Tech)

Our mission is to "Make it easy to run ads with… at 10x the scale". To achieve this, we’re looking for someone who will advise and partner with our users and customers. As a dedicated and experienced Ads Solutions Consultant, you will protect and grow top accounts by providing the best end-to-end experience using the Global Technology's Ads products, lead and execute projects for DoubleClick products, with a major focus on our SEM offering DoubleClick Search. These projects will include ownership of service book of business, technical assistance on business pitches, product implementations, product upgrades, and custom solutions. You will work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently or on small teams. You'll help customers with product configuration and business process improvement, combining your deep understanding of DoubleClick products to provide best-in-class solutions.

We have a high technical aptitude and in-depth industry knowledge to persistently explore and uncover technical solutions to complex business scenarios. We provide the voice of the customer to the Product Operations team in order to make ongoing improvements to our tools. We work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently or on small teams. We are excited to develop and grow our clients business, and ensure success through our best-in-class solutions.


Own technical relationship with selected advertisers portfolio
Work with Sales to identify business opportunities leveraging both display and performance solutions supported by our global technical teams.

Collecting requirements, providing guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers' business goals. Design and implement complex and customized solutions with a client in her portfolio
Responsible for end to end implementations and escalations handled by other teams for your named accounts

Minimum Qualifications

Speak and write English fluently.
2+ years working with large customer engagements (e.g. project management, technical sales, ad operations,etc.)
Ability to translate complex product and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Working background of an SEM Agency or Marketer position
Strong data analysis, ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
Experience planning or managing complex technical projects and coordinating technical project team members to deliver quality results within the project deadlines
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
General knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
