Administrative Assistant

In this role you will provide high-level administrative support to three executives across the Finance and Marketing organizations. This includes the CFO, the VP B2B/Trade Marketing and the VP Product Marketing & Corporate Branding. You’ll have exposure to senior leaders throughout the company and support teams making a difference.

Responsibilities:
· Schedule and coordinate meetings and drive operating schedule
· Prioritize each leader’s time based off of key initiatives and projects
· Act as a liaison between internal and external clients/department as needed
· Arrange international and domestic travel, accommodations and maintain detailed travel itineraries
· Responsible for various department/division coordination duties, managing list-serves, scheduling team meetings, and reviewing information that may require executive sign-off
· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters and documents
· Process expense reports
· Partner with other Executive Assistants across the business on planning events, celebrations, communications and filling in for duties as needed


Requirements:
· 1-4 years related experience supporting multiple high level executives as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
· Experience working for multiple managers/stakeholders and ability to prioritize competing requests efficiently strongly preferred
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail and Google Documents, Experience with Concur preferred but not required
· Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable working independently but also a team player
· Takes initiative: self starter with ability to follow through without supervision
