JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing marketing activities, providing coordination for related resources and administrative support for Vice President Sales and Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide executive level administrative support to Vice President Sales and Marketing
• Research, coordinate and distribute information for Vice President Sales and Marketing
• Manage internal/external phone calls, provide information and deliverables when appropriate and gather detailed, accurate and complete messages
• Respond to questions and requests for information from internal/external parties
• Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments
• Prepare presentation materials using Power Point and other software/equipment
• Assist with special events and projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Ability to plan, execute, administer and report on marketing initiatives
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Creative, analytical and evaluative thinking
• Strong team player with the eagerness and aptitude to grow
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work load
• Strong customer service orientation
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office including superb Power Point skills
• Strong PC skills with ability to learn various software packages

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the field of marketing
• Experience providing administrative support within a marketing department
• 4 year degree in marketing or related field preferred
