As an Account Manager in Large Customer Sales, you'll manage a designated set of accounts and provide support to a sales pod. You’ll need to be a focused, proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have the sales/analytical skills to expand the client relationship. Additionally, you’ll be an advisor and consultant to your customers, a client advocate, and an expert on products and policies.
Using your expertise in the digital advertising landscape, you’ll work with the team to identify opportunities to grow search & display revenue for select accounts. You’ll also support the client & agency by providing analysis & data driven insights that will inform client’s advertising strategy. We are looking for candidates who have AdWords experience and background in search and display campaign management.
Take responsibility for the maintenance, optimization, upselling and management of your designated accounts
Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI. Report on sales figures internally.
Project manage sales administration tasks, cases, troubleshooting and customer enquiries utilizing various support teams or navigating the appropriate escalation process
Support the sales pod(s) with any ongoing ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Responding to customer questions & requests (i.e. reporting, troubleshooting, billing)
Identifying upsell opportunities in the account (i.e. areas where account can drive more conversions, increase volume, etc.)
Campaign setup & optimizations
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
1-3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
At least 1 year of experience using Google AdWords
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and deliver results under pressure
