Ad Trafficker

This role is to be a key member of the Ad Operations Team supporting Mobile and Social games. You will need to traffic and manage internal and external campaigns, analyze data and provide optimization insights to sales and clients. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-obsessed with a passion for everything mobile and games! This position is based in Palo Alto and has to work on-site.

• Traffic mobile application campaigns for both direct and indirect advertising and cross promotion marketing campaigns.
• Possess in-depth technical knowledge of mobile advertising, both functional and technical knowledge.
• Check advertising ad units in apps during the production cycle.
• Troubleshoot and proactively identify advertising issues related to mobile apps.
• Develop and execute tests using various internal ad tools.
• Document, track and escalate issues using internal tracking system.
• Documentation of test plan and strategies to be shared through the team.
• Help game teams to test various test units using test and real ads.
• Traffic internal and external campaigns using various ad serving tools.

• BA/BS Degree
• IOS, Android, Xcode, Unity, ANE, Burstly, DFP
• Experience with mobile advertising testing environment
• 3+ years of experience in advertising operations and campaign management; working with both publishers and advertisers
• Proactive and highly organize with the ability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with one or more ad serving platform preferred. Mobile ad serving preferred
• Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding or interest of the mobile games space
