Ad Traffic Coordinator

Our Ad Operations team is a revenue center responsible for taking every bit of revenue our Ad Sales group generates and making sure it delivers as promised, on time, with accurate reporting. We work tightly with the Ad Sales group to help them generate sales proposals, manage contract fulfillment, and provide the best possible experience for agencies and advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service ONCUE’s ad sales clients to ensure successful ad campaigns by performing the following duties:
o Ad Trafficking
o Campaign Management
o Campaign reporting
o Creative Asset Management
• Traffic video ad campaigns in our ad platforms, insert tracking pixels with macros, and QA before going live
• Continually focus on the best ways to monetize ad inventory by proactively measuring and analyzing campaign performance and suggesting ways to optimize yield, spend, and ROI
• Communicate effectively and work with the campaign management team, content ops team, and other cross functional teams as needed to support the sales function


Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in online advertising at the publisher, platform, or ad network level
• Creative problem solving, ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, strong organization skills, and a solid foundational knowledge of online advertising and methodologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, Javascript, XML
• Previous experience with at least one digital ad platform such as Doubleclick DFP/DFA, OAS, AdTech, FreeWheel, YuMe, Adap.TV, Yahoo, Atlas,
