The Ad Sales Production team supports ad sales and is primarily responsible for the production of client campaigns from IO approval through launch. We are looking for an experienced, creative and motivated Producer to help ideation, coordination and maintenance of existing and evolving advertising campaigns. The sites that this team is dedicated to are family fun related websites.

The Producer is responsible for assisting in management of campaigns from the pre-sales state through launch. This includes building pre-sales proposals, development of production plans & wireframes, tracking budgets, managing artists/integrators/QA, and working daily with Account Managers to meet client needs. This role also includes client management & interaction, working with external vendors as-needed, and post-launch traffic & data reporting.

He/She will coordinate project efforts across multiple departments including sales, marketing, design, and technology. The producer will effectively handle change management and assist in team administration, including schedules, cost tracking, resource allocation and informational tools.

This role is very relationship driven. It requires independent thought, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the foresight to involve leads and management to help resolve difficult problems as they arise. This individual should be able to make confident and intelligent decisions that reflect a solid understanding of the business goals and strategies, while also maintaining the integrity and quality of the projects for which they are responsible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Production of branded entertainment and client campaigns from IO approval through launch. Includes development of production plans & wireframes, tracking budgets, managing artists/integrators/QA, and working daily with AAMs to meet client needs. Also includes client management & interaction, working with external vendors as-needed, and post-launch traffic & data reporting.

· Provide pre-sales support by brainstorming content, creating budgets, defining and suggesting content scope, and scheduling artist resources for presale comps

· Assist in team administration, including schedules, cost tracking, resource allocation and informational tools


QUALIFICATIONS
· 3 years experience with internet/web industry

· Minimum 2 years experience in internet production or support with understanding of web production technologies and processes

· Ability to wireframe, plan, and project manage

· Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight required

· Experience with content management systems

· Experience with Omniture or similar web metrics tools and analysis

· Knowledge of project management practices

· Ability to lead small cross-functional and cross-departmental teams and motivate others towards successfully achieving common goals

· Previous development experience is preferred

· Experience with digital ad management systems a plus
