Ad Sales - Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Ad Sales Marketing Manager for one of LA's leading Entertainment clients. The Manager is responsible for working with the client's marketing solutions team and sales teams to develop and execute revenue generating marketing solutions for both online and 360 programs. Reporting to Director, Digital Marketing Solutions; this position will play an active role in supporting the creation, management and oversight of marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery of marketing partnership. Effectively translate a brand’s/client’s needs into actionable digital programs from ideation through campaign launch. Effectively translate editorial initiatives into sellable opportunities & communicate these opportunities to the sales. Utilize capabilities in online, mobile and social platforms for revenue generation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop custom digital-first marketing ideas in response to RFPs and on a pro-active basis using innovative digital solutions
• Leverage client's TV, digital, social and mobile platforms to provide advertisers with innovative marketing solutions
• Creatively brainstorm digital advertising opportunities for Eonline in response to brand RFPs
• Develop customized marketing materials for new sales opportunities and product decks
• Create program mock-ups for all RFPs using SnagIt and/or Photoshop
• Communicate daily with internal and external parties, including Sales, Editorial, Research, Legal, Business Development, clients and their respective agencies
• Prioritize and track opportunities; manage partnership timelines, workflow and report team progress to Director
• Work closely with all relevant internal teams to help execute programs
• Maintain and develop quality sales materials
• Work with Account Management and Account Executives to create case studies
• Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities
• Implement and manage digital media campaigns, working with Design, Editorial, and Interactive teams
• Act as liaison between client and design team to gain all comp approvals and to ensure successful campaign launch

Requirements
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledgeable about entertainment industry and competitive media landscape
• Attention to detail, organized and good management skills
• Must be self-sufficient
• High energy individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
• Solid time-management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with clear attention to detail
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
