Our Fortune 500 retail client is seeking a talented Ad Planning Coordinator! This is a 7 month contract position.

Weekly Ad Planning Production and Operations Team
This position is for the Operations process – Process tools and technology the enable the weekly ad.

Position Overview:
Support SharePoint and FTP sites
Will be working with page layout, HTML and system administrator duties
Assisting internal clients with questions around system issues such as SharePoint, FTP sites and also work with IS to fix the issue
Main point of contact with in Marketing for all systematic issues
Liaison between business and IT in regards to systematic questions with in marketing

What would a normal day for this position look like?
Assisting internal clients with system issues
This role will be a “doer”, very hands on
Attend meetings in regards to what is broken with the marketing system tools and how to fix it

Skills Overview:
• 3-5 years of experience with systems support, system administration or database administration
• Must have a creative background
• Experience with troubleshooting system issues
• Enterprise System Solution experience
• Must know how systems interact with one another
• Understanding of File Permissions
• Must have experience with Active Directory or LDAP
Preferred:
Content Management Experience
