Ad Ops Campaign Manager

This position is part Campaign Manager and Ad Ops trafficker. The right candiate will have hands on Ad Ops experience with AdServer technologies including demand side DSPs, and RTB.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Execute and own the success for our ecommerce Advertising extended audience campaigns using Real Time Bidding (RTB) on one (or more) Demand Side Platforms (DSP) platforms.
• Develop and recommend appropriate campaign strategies during the IO process, bringing insight from forecasting and past performance experiences.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize campaigns to ensure delivery and client return on investment.
• Consistently communicate campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations with external sales agencies and account managers
• Provide technical troubleshooting as necessary. Resolve technical implementation issues as they arise and resolve in a timely way to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
• Provide campaign expertise to external Account Managers, Sales Reps, and internal product teams.
• Provide feedback to inform the product roadmap regarding tools, features, and functionality.
• Facilitate the monthly invoicing process and track revenue and margin metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ad Agency or Account Management experience in the online media space, including RealTime Bidding (RTB).
• Hands on campaign trafficking and optimization experience for advertisers using Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs) or trading desks.
• Experience managing campaigns on a variety of inventory sources including ad networks and RTB
• Familiarity with and ability to compile and analyze campaign data and metrics.
• Experience with A/B test strategies, multiple pricing models, targeting tactics, and ROI optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and various rich media advertising creative technologies
• Experience with click and view based attribution models and back end ROAS goals
• 2+ years Media experience in demand side Account Management or Ad Operations.
