Ad Operations Specialist/ Project Manager

As an Adops Specialist, you will be working closely with the Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Brand Strategies, Programmatic and Product Management. The Adops Specialist is pivotal in the effort to ensure all campaigns deliver and client KPI’s are achieved. While media and traffic knowledge is expected, it is not required.

Responsibilities:

Trafficking campaigns, optimization, data analysis, client communication.

Planning/budgeting of campaigns

• Troubleshooting campaign & campaign related issues

• Ensuring campaign delivery and KPI are met

• Campaign optimization

• Providing sales/client support

• Analyzing campaign data to provide insights to other departments

• Testing and vetting various technology providers

Key Skills

• Mathematically inclined; such as budgeting, delivery and web metrics

• Understanding and genuine interest in interactive advertising industry

• High level of general organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Proactive, resourceful, a good problem solver and strong business acumen

• Strong computer/internet literacy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and working under strict deadlines

• Excellent communication skills are essential

• Experience in scheduling, estimating, and status reports

Qualifications and Experience

• Post-Secondary education, preferably in a business-related field.

• Working knowledge of ad serving technologies is an asset.

• Understanding and genuine interest in interactive advertising industry.

• Knowledge of HTML, Flash and JavaScript

• DSP knowledge is invaluable and will be held as a priority
