Ad Operations Specialist

The Ad Operations Specialist will help with the creation and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns. Reporting directly to the Ad Operations Manager, will be responsible for providing support and assistance during the execution and maintenance of all digital campaigns. Some of the duties include implementation of creative, issuing tags, reporting and troubleshooting campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to approach and solve a myriad of simple to complex problems throughout the day, demonstrating quick and independent thinking. This position requires working closely with planning, production, creative and analytics teams.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Strong analytical skills and business thinking abilities.
• Passionate, Innovative, Flexible and Adaptable.
• Must take satisfaction in delivering quality work on time especially under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of advertising agency/publisher experience or other advertising experience preferred.
• Knowledge of third party ad serving platforms (DoubleClick).
• Web Design experience is a plus.
• Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively operate within a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
• Highly organized, disciplined and detail oriented.
• Must be resourceful and a quick learner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with proven collaboration skills. Open and Trustworthy.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and ads agencies members.

This is a temporary positions working onsite 40 hours a week.
