Ad Operations Associate 

This role will contribute to the growth of  North America Advertising business by providing exceptional support to our sales teams and internal stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate will have strong background in online media and publisher ad operations. The role is expected to communicate with technical and non-technical users, and must have excellent written and verbal skills as well as a high level of customer service to promote greater efficiency in Ad Operations. 

● You will join the team responsible for the campaign optimization of .com’s Advertising Operations 
● Data gathering for setting up new Advertising campaigns on .com and maintenance of existing campaigns within the SLA guidelines 
● Assist Advertising Operations team throughout sales cycle to understand any technical requirements of sales opportunities and present the features and benefits ofcom 
● Provide feedback, analysis and optimization plans on advertising campaigns to grow their campaign activity on .com 
● Gather, analyze, and report on key revenue driving metrics used to measure the success of the team 
● Ability to work independently while doing what’s best for our customers 
● Work with cross-functional teams including Sales , Account Management & Advertising Operations Teams to resolve bugs and campaign issues 
● Gather IAB and submit IAB assets, as well as create event style pages 
● Problem-solve, evaluate options, and provide good solutions to campaign issues 

● Basic to Intermediate level in Excel, Web technologies 
● Basic understanding of databases 
● Excellent Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets 
● 1+ years of experience in digital advertising environment 
● Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical problems for customers 
● Team player 
● Excellent organization and interpersonal skills 
● Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage time well 
● Ability to work within a constantly changing environment 
● The ability to communicate with different parties both internally and externally (excellent written and verbal communication skills both client facing and internally) 
● Exposure to Account Management 
● Experience using Salesforce or other CRM system a plus 
● Great attention to detail and reporting problems with data 

Project: Team is working on  Ads- 1P advertising for sellers. Product engineers are building products for operations to help run campaigns. There is currently 1 team member working on this project so they need to add an AWF. The role is to learn the business and scale 1P ads 

Day to Day: Internally communicate with account managers, work collaboratively (internally) with offshore and onshore teams to create creative assets and review data 

Skills: 2+ years of experience with ad operations. 
2+ DSP (publisher experience) 
Double click for publishers 
Trafficking experience 
Brand site platform 
Detail oriented 
Strong communication skills with cross functional teams
