Our Fortune 1000 client's Media Solutions Ad Operations is looking for a highly-motivated Operations Support Specialist who wants to be part of a world-class service organization. The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment: creative testing and implementation, campaign flighting, and quality assurance. This hire will be responsible for creating conversion tags in DoubleClick for Advertisers (DFA), reviewing creative ad submissions for adherence to technical specifications, trafficking the order into the DoubleClick (DFE, DFP) ad serving system and managing the campaign implementation progress and delivery. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work hard in a demanding and dynamic sales driven environment. This person must have a thorough working knowledge of ad serving front and back-end systems, be a team player and have a positive attitude and upbeat spirit.

General Responsibilities:
- Create conversion tags in DoubleClick for Advertisers.
- Traffic and monitor online advertising campaigns, including parameter set up, optimization, and edits.
- Ensure campaign goals are met, including start and end dates, impressions delivery, and any associated actions.
- Work with Campaign Managers and sales staff to ensure timely delivery of all materials and compliance with site ad guidelines and specs.
- Assist team members by helping to resolve technical problems and answer questions on trafficking issues or creative materials.
- Investigate and resolve daily delivery/performance concerns and any other trafficking issues.
- Work with sales on analyzing complex campaigns to ensure accuracy of the forecast and determine appropriate optimization action to ensure full delivery.
- Perform quality analysis on complex flash, rich media, and video creative and associated code.
- Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years experience in online advertising or the digital marketing space.
- Significant internet business experience, including campaign management and trafficking.
- Highly proficient in an industry leading third party ad server such as DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and HTML.
- Must learn quickly and be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Organized and detail orientated with strong critical thinking skills.
- Must exhibit a good work ethic and thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of online advertising technologies (Flash, JavaScript, DHTML, Streaming Video, etc.).
- Familiarity with online advertising products.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination.
