This is a professional level non-supervisory position, and the level of responsibility typically requires a degree from a university in sales or marketing.

As a member of the Ad Operations team, Associate, Display, Media Strategy owns the display advertising campaigns of EEMS clients. They will coordinate internal resources across Implementation, Creative, Sales and Client Success. The AMS will manage campaign performance, execution, planning media buys.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for clients.
• Ensure all campaign collateral is available, including creative, ad tags, performance goals, etc.
• Operate within the Campaign Management System, creating and loading campaign assets and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals.
• Monitor budgets, return on ad spend (ROAS) and delivery schedules.
• Provide hands-on, proactive and consultative training and troubleshooting services to your clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Success, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure high-impact results for your clients.
• Resolve questions and problems directly through individual efforts or by reaching out to Shared Services, Product and Technology, Implementation or Sales.
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment.
• Maintain and communicate project status including issues, deliverables and project progression.
• Work with internal tools and staff to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis.
• Consistently communicate campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations with external sales agencies and account managers
• Facilitate monthly invoicing process as needed.
• Deliver media buys that are in line with the originations financial plans and requirements.
