Ad Agency Integration Coordinator

A Fortune 500 banking/financial client seeks an Integration Coordinator with 5+ years ad or marketing agency experience. The Integrator will work within the bank’s in-house ad agency. He or she will work as a liaison between internal and external agencies as a liaison to facilitate integrated creative programs.

*This is a 12-18 month contract role, on-site in Wilmington, DE, M-F, 8-5pm

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate communication with outside agencies
• Collaborate across multiple teams and functions within the internal agency to drive successful campaign involvement and deliverables
• Effectively distribute information from external agencies to the Account and Creative staffs
• Attend status meetings and coordinate reports
• Monitor and track campaign movement from research stages to in market results
• Review creative against strategy, objectives and brand standards to drive creative and messaging consistency across all communication channels

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in an advertising/marketing agency
• Ability to build and maintain positive, productive working relationships
• Ability to brief a team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Successfully drive high capacity of volume
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments
• High energy, thrives in dynamic environment
• Facility with understanding how to bring multiple connect points together
• Proficient in: Acrobat, FileMaker, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Social media user
• Like creative people and respect the creative process
