Our client is hiring for an Acquisition Marketing Director with experience in funnel marketing and lead generation! They are one of the hottest companies in Boston and offer a great company culture. This is a hot opportunity with potential for growth!

Responsibilities
Develop, design and roll out a multi-channel acquisition strategy
Testing and Implementing a marketing-free user acquisition strategy
Design programs that will continuously promote organic traffic
Measure and improve full funnel conversations to adapt acquisition tactics
Constantly innovate and stay up to date on the latest acquisition strategies, channels, and technologies
Lead a team to hit lead, demand generation, and user generation goals
Required Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in a Marketing leadership role with a focus on lead generation/ acquisition

Experience building and managing acquisition strategies that include social, paid, content, and affiliate marketing
Helpful backgrounds: consumer apps driving user sign up, SaaS targeting small to mid sized businesses, trial/premium product driving user sign up
Experience leading a team to produce outsized results

Desired Characteristics & Fit
A Marketing Junkie- up to date on all the latest trends, your marketing world expands outside of the office
Ability to develop team through coaching; history of success developing "A" players
Aptitude for supporting ideas with data
Humble, coachable, strong leader, great presenter


Work Day:
Hours: Full-time, with core office hours of 9-5:00pm
