Acquisition Campaign Manager

Reporting to the Sr Mgr, Marketing the interim Acquisition Campaign Manager will help develop and implement consumer direct marketing (primarily direct mail and email) projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of direct mail marketing, with a particular emphasis:
• Converting clients who have abandoned an account application (before it was completed)
• Engaging and activating clients who have opened an account but have not yet funded

Major Responsibilities:
• Help develop and implement consumer direct marketing (direct mail and email) initiatives.
• Develop creative brief to guide Marcom in creative development and ensure that creative is on strategy
• Work with Client Analytics and Database Management to define target audiences and tracking parameters to assess performance
• Report interim (and final) campaign results and insights
• Manage marketing campaigns and projects through coordination and collaboration with internal clients, e.g. Marketing Communications, eMarketing, Client Analytics, Database Management, Retail, etc.
• Manage and maintain schedules and budget for individual marketing projects and project status reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• BA/BS in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, including direct marketing acquisition and activation management. MBA in Marketing, a plus.
• Financial Services experience from industries such as brokerage and banking, preferred
• Knowledge of DM and EM, including test and learn concepts
• Strong Project Management skills as well as being a self-starter and team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PC and MS office software skills are required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
