Acct. Mgr I - Wine Sellers

Our Client's wine store opened in 2012 and offers over 3000 wines to customers in the US. Their wine services are comprised of passionate winemakers and business owners who are excited as we are to expand our offering and delight wine lovers with great selection, value, and a unique customer-centric experience shopping for wine online.

Our Client's wine team is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated account manager to work with sellers to improve selection, offering, and visibility of products for sale on their website. The ideal candidate shows a strong bias for action, demonstrates aptitude in working with tools and systems required to interface with our client's various vendors and customers.


Basic Qualifications
Strong ability to communicate (oral and written).
Proficient in MS Office

• Minimum of 4-6 years professional experience
• Experience using analysis, reporting, to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
• Relationship management skills
• Problem-solving passion and service orientation
• Project management skills
• Bachelor's Degree


(Must have reliable transportation for urgent product transport in the Seattle area.)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Track record of successfully scaling business campaigns
• HTML and/or SQL skills highly desirable
• eCommerce experience a plus
• Wine industry knowledge a plus
