Account Supervisor (PR)

The Account Supervisor is the advisor and manager of the clients PR and media strategy. This position is responsible for all aspects of client service guiding clients through the lifecycle of their PR strategy from sustainable market positioning through implementation. This position is ideal for a PR expert with 7-10 years of agency experience and a bachelor's degree.

Additional duties and responsibilities include:
Expertise in consumer-facing public and media relations activities, including media outlets and social media.
Build respect and trust of client as an advisor bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of strategic ideas and sustainable solutions.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each client’s business – their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends.
Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
Strong communication skills balancing the dual expectations of your clients and the agency.
Anticipate potential relationship or expectation issues, advising the Account Group Director in time for the agency to act proactively.
Demonstrate analytical and interpretive skills in PR value and opportunities.
Assist the Account Group Director with the development of an annual Client Development Plan.
