Vitamin T is assisting our awesome pharma agency client in their search for an Account Supervisor. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The Account Supervisor is the liaison between the agency and the client, and the communicator between all the internal teams. The Account Supervisor knows what it takes to build relationships, understands a client’s business, and finds the best place for the agency in that model by using their comprehensive healthcare advertising background and expertise.


*Demonstrates effective day-to-day leadership of the marketing team in terms of direction, opportunity identification and guidance

*Exemplifies full brand understanding of client’s business and not only champions stellar, business- building ideas but knows how to effectively collaborate in order to bring those ideas to life

*Prioritizes all account activities to achieve optimum efficiency and profitability

*Establishes effective balance of advisory and advocacy skills with clients and the team

*Provide strategic recommendations and manage all agency resources to ensure the client’s marketing needs are met

*Recommend sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhances sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the agency’s image as a vital resource to the product team

*Oversee all day-to-day activities of various agency departments ensuring the delivery of a high quality product within specific deadlines

*Financial management of accounts (determine annual fee, prepare contracts, oversee job hours and expenses, budget for future estimates)

*P&L on assigned products

Experience Required

*Is well versed on the HCP side of things

*Has earned a bachelor’s degree

*Has 5+ years of relevant industry experience
